Returns:
We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Customized or personalized artworks are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an artwork or apparel , please initiate a return and place a new order.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
